Elly is a Brazilian national and is fluent in both English and Portuguese. She graduated with a degree in Economics and went on to work in a banking environment. After moving to London, she worked in the catering industry for 3 years where she gained valuable experience, latterly working at the Institute of Directors.

Elly joined Chess Partnership in 2006 to work as an Administrator. She was subsequently promoted to Associate Consultant. She presently works in the London Office Restaurant Team.
