After completing his qualifications in Hospitality Management and Catering Paul commenced his career as a Chef at a London Hotel. After spending two years within hotel kitchens, Paul took on a role as Assistant Catering Manager at a London firm looking after the restaurant and hospitality function. He then progressed to the role of Catering Manager within a larger company. Prior to joining Chess, Paul’s most recent position was Catering Manager for a renowned advertising corporation. Paul has a good understanding of the Contract Catering market. He has a genuine passion and enthusiasm for food, people and the catering industry as a whole, which derives from 14 years of experience working in the industry.
