Stephen Hamilton Senior Consultant

Stephen started his career with Sheraton and then Hilton International where he gained experience both in the UK and international markets within Front Office and Sales. Stephen then moved to Abu Dhabi in 1995 where he worked with the International Defence Exhibition within HR. Stephen then became a business partner in a successful restaurant venture for three years before joining Morgan & Banks TMP, an Executive Search & Selection consultancy where Stephen worked on senior assignments throughout the Middle East.

On Stephen’s return to the UK in 2004 he joined the Berkeley Scott Group as a manager. Stephen joined Chess Partnership in February 2006 and is based at our Edinburgh office, where he focuses on management appointments across the hospitality industry throughout Scotland.
