He then spent 12 years working within London 4 & 5 star hotels as well as a Paris restaurant, in the process rising from Commis Chef to Head Chef. From 1993 onwards Steve took on some prestigious directors sites as head chef within the city of London. In 2000 he joined Berkeley Scott as a consultant within their Chef Division and was promoted to General Manager in 2003. Steve joined Chess in November 2005. Based in the London Office, he is responsible for Chef recruitment throughout the UK. |
