Our client, a global international branded food service provider, is seeking to appoint a Development Chef to its UK business. Based in London, but with a national remit, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of enhancing the food reputation of the organization.
As part of the New product development team, this position will be responsible for developing new menu items predominately for licensed bars and QSR menus but also assisting the team on other categories such as bakery. The role will involve creating recipes in the NPD kitchen as a result of finding new ideas and presenting to NPD Manager and brand teams, then seeing these through to launch. The successful candidate will champion food values across a variety of business styles and bring creativity and innovation to the food offer. Applicants must posses first hand knowledge and experience of casual dining, pub food and fast food menus.
