International Recruitment (Associate) Consultant

Chess Partnership is looking for a talented Recruitment (Associate) Consultant to join the Geneva office which opened in June 2004. This is a newly created role due to the expansion of the office. As a Recruitment (Associate) Consultant, you will be assisting in recruiting for mainly for leading international hotel chains in Switzerland, Europe wide and internationally. Some of your key accountabilities will be: - Looking after junior management recruitment at the international level. Telephone interviewing, postings of jobs, writing profiles, setting up interviews, organisation of contracts and relocation - Managing existing client relationships and developing new relationships in Europe and internationally - Providing advice to candidates in terms of CV layout, interview techniques and other. Also providing them with thorough industry knowledge. - At all times representing the core values of Chess Partnership The salary depends on experience and comes with an attractive bonus plan and private medical insurance.

Candidates will: - Have experience in the hospitality industry - Be fluent in English and French – any further language would be a plus - Have one - two years experience ideally in Sales or HR - Have excellent communication skills and ability to deliver against deadlines - Will be able to work in Switzerland (have an EU or Swiss passport).

Salary is depending on experience.
