Luxury 50 bedroom hotel located in the heart of the Highlands. The ethos is of cooking with open flame, butcher from “nose to tail” and utilising the best ingredients from local estates, and Scotland’s abundant land and sea larder. You will be responsible for the day to day running of our state of the art kitchen.
