Description:
Our client is seeking a Group Operations Director to join their evolving high end hotel group. Based in London and with one hotel open in Scotland currently, another three properties will open their doors by late 2022. Your role will be varied and will primarily include supporting the General Manager at the existing hotel but will also involve project managing aspects of the forthcoming hotel openings. Involvement in implementing new systems and procedures and co-ordinating commercial, financial and human resources activities as well as procurement will all form part of the role. As Group Operations Director you will also be instrumental in creating the new hotel group brand and acting as an Ambassador for the company within the market. Senior hotel operational experience in the upscale boutique hotel market is essential. Multi site management experience preferred. A flexible approach and the ability to travel are important qualities to possess.
