This privately owned, high end leisure oriented hotel with 100 bedrooms and busy Spa and Leisure facilities has an opportunity for an experienced Resort Director. The Resort Director is responsible for the strategic leadership, commercial success, operational excellence, and cultural embodiment of the operation. This role ensures the resort consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience while achieving financial goals and fostering a motivated, engaged workforce. You will be experienced in managing high calibre UK leisure/resort style operations in seaside destinations and possess a strong entrepreneurial flare.
