Description:

This centrally located College has an opportunity for an experienced individual who will be responsible for the management, organisation and general supervision of all catering and bar services within the College. The remit encompasses formal dining, management of private functions and day to day refectory service. This is a visible position that requires a hands on approach to work in all food and beverage areas within the College. A progressive career to date within a busy catering led hospitality environment is essential
