Reporting to the Managing Director of this growing hotel business you are the lead Manager in a team of 10. Remit includes preparation of timely, accurate financial information for senior management. You will lead the finance team and take responsibility for the financial control and transaction processing within the hotels, running the day to day activities. There are currently 6 hotels within this growing collection and the base for this role is being relocated out of London to Leeds. Skills & Competencies: Several years of experience in a Senior Finance role within a Hotel business Property management experience is essential. Analytical and report writing skills. Solid written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail. Cash flow management. Pro-active, with a creative approach to relationship-building, critical thinking and problem solving. Understanding of data privacy standards. Experience of managing a finance department. Candidates must be qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with at least 5 years post qualification experience
